Can you set up automatic payments weekly or monthly?

While we are actively pursuing enhancements that will allow us to provide this feature in the future, we currently do not offer this feature.

What happens when I do not receive a receipt?

Our application is set up to automatically send a receipt to the email address associated with your case number inside our application. Please check that the email we have for you is correct. You can do this by signing in to the application, progress to page 3 where on line 4 you will find a button that says "Edit Contact Information". Clicking that button takes you to a screen where you can add or edit your email address. Clicking submit will apply the change and take you back to page 3 where you can simply close the page without progressing any further.


Can I get a reminder email?

While we are actively pursuing enhancements that will allow us to provide this feature in the future, we currently do not offer this feature.


Where can I find the routing number for my ACH transaction?

On the bottom of your check are 3 groups of numbers. The first group from the left is your routing number. The second group of numbers from the left is your account number. The third group of numbers from the left is your check number.

Can Court Compass provide me with my Case Number as I seem to have misplaced it?

No. Court Compass cannot provide that information as it must come directly from the court. Please contact the court to obtain that information.​​
